Our Beliefs

We believe in one God, who is the Creator of all things, and who is loving and just.

We believe in Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God and our Savior. We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who is the presence of God with us and within us. We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers us to live out our faith and to be witnesses of Christ in the world.

We believe in the Bible, which is the inspired Word of God and the authoritative source of our faith and practice. We believe that the Bible teaches us about God’s love for us and how we are to live as followers of Christ.

We believe in the Church, which is the community of believers who gather together to worship God, grow in their faith, and serve others. We believe that the Church is called to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world.

We believe in salvation, which is the gift of God’s grace that we receive through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation is available to all who repent of their sins and put their trust in Jesus.

We believe in the sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, which are visible signs of God’s grace and our commitment to follow Christ.

We believe in the second coming of Christ, when he will return to judge the living and the dead and to establish his kingdom of justice and peace.

We believe in the dignity and worth of every human being, who is created in the image of God. We believe that we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves and to work for justice and equality for all people.

We believe in the power of prayer, which is our way of communicating with God and seeking his guidance and wisdom.
